Bij Livre Bookshop hopen we natuurlijk dat je ontzettend blij bent met je bestelling. Is je aankoop toch niet helemaal wat je had verwacht? Geen zorgen - ons retourbeleid helpt je verder.

 

1. Retourneren

Je hebt 14 dagen bedenktijd vanaf de dag dat je je bestelling hebt ontvangen. Binnen deze periode kun je je bestelling (of een deel daarvan) zonder opgave van reden retourneren. Als de retourperiode van 14 dagen is verstreken sinds de ontvangst van je aankoop, kan Livre Bookshop helaas geen terugbetaling of ruil aanbieden.

 

2. Voorwaarden

Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retournering, mag het product uit de verpakking worden gehaald en worden bekeken zoals men dat ook in een boekenwinkel zou doen. Echter, het product moet verder ongebruikt zijn en in dezelfde staat verkeren als waarin het is ontvangen. Is het boek duidelijk gebruikt of beschadigd? Dan kan Livre Bookshop een deel, of geheel van de kosten inhouden.

 

3. Retourproces

Om een retourzending te starten, meld je het retour binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst aan door middel van het sturen van een e-mail naar info@livrebookshop.nl onder vermelding van je bestelnummer, welke artikelen, en de reden van retour. Stuur het pakket binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van retour terug nadat je een bevestiging van ons hebt ontvangen per mail. Op de factuur staan de stappen verder vermeld voor het retourproces.

4. Herroepingspagina en modelformulier

Herroepen kan eenvoudig via onze online herroepingspagina.

Wil je liever het officiële modelformulier voor herroeping gebruiken? Dat kan ook via ons modelformulier.

Het formulier op de website is een extra, eenvoudigere manier om hetzelfde te doen.

5. Terugbetaling

Zodra we je geretourneerde product hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, zullen we je op de hoogte stellen van de ontvangst ervan. Als het geretourneerde product voldoet aan onze retourvoorwaarden, zullen we overgaan tot terugbetaling van het aankoopbedrag van het artikel via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. Houd er rekening mee dat de verzendkosten niet worden terugbetaald, tenzij het product defect of beschadigd is bij ontvangst.

 

6. Verzendkosten

De retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening, tenzij je een verkeerd of beschadigd product in eerste instantie hebt ontvangen. In dat geval neemt Livre Bookshop de retourkosten voor onze rekening.

 

7. Klachten

Is er iets misgegaan met je bestelling en ben je niet tevreden? Dat lost Livre Bookshop graag voor je op. Meld je klacht per e-mail via info@livrebookshop.nl, met foto’s indien het om schade gaat. Livre Bookshop streeft ernaar om je klacht binnen 14 dagen inhoudelijk op te lossen. Komen we er niet uit? Dan kun je gebruik maken van het Europees ODR-platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

 At Livre Bookshop, we truly hope you are delighted with your order. If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, don’t worry - our return policy has you covered.

1. Returns

You have 14 days to change your mind, starting from the day you receive your order. Within this period, you may return your order (or part of it) without giving any reason. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, Livre Bookshop cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

2. Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product may be unwrapped and viewed as you would in a physical bookshop. However, the product must otherwise remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If the book shows clear signs of use or damage, Livre Bookshop may withhold part, or all of the refund.

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to info@livrebookshop.nl, stating your order number, which items you wish to return, and the reason for return. Please send the package back within 14 days of your return notification, after you have received confirmation from us by email. The invoice includes further steps for the return process.

4. Withdrawal page and model form

Withdrawal can easily be submitted via our online withdrawal page.

Would you prefer to use the official model withdrawal form? You can also use it via our  model form. The form on the website is an additional, easier way to do the same thing.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will notify you of its receipt. If the returned product meets our return conditions, we will process your refund using your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

6.Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless you initially received an incorrect or damaged product. In that case, Livre Bookshop will cover the return costs.

 

7. Complaints

If something went wrong with your order and you are not satisfied; Livre Bookshop will be happy to resolve it for you. Please submit your complaint by email to info@livrebookshop.nl, including photos if the issue concerns damage. Livre Bookshop aims to resolve your complaint within 14 days. If we are unable to reach a solution together, you may use the European ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
